At the end of Eastcheap to your right is the Town Square and the building that you see by Bennett and Bidwell 1935, was called the Council House from 1935 to 1960 when it was re named The Town Hall . The clock tower added to the original design , is a memorial to Charles Ball , donated by his widow. You have been looking at the
back of the building across the Arena Parade car park as you come along
Eastcheap until now.
