Paddock Close Two cottages in slightly different
but complementary styles designed by Geoffry Lucas in 1904 for the First
Garden City Ltd. These won the grouped cottage class in the 1905 Cheap
Cottage Competition of 1905
To the side of these houses the tennis club has relocated and new housing has been developed (2006) |
